Mail merge procedures
  • Select the entire table below including row of table headings
  • Press Ctrl + C buttons to copy the content of the table to the clipboard
  • Start Microsoft Excel. This should op5en a new empty workbook
  • Press the Ctrl + V buttons to paste the data into the workbook
  • Save the workbook (Microsoft Excel Workbook) and remember where you have saved the file.
  • Start Microsoft Word. Open the file you just downloaded. You will be prompted to find the data source. Select your data file.
  • You can now modify the mail merge document to suit your particular requirements.
